EZStub delivers digital PDF documents instantly upon payment completion. Because our digital files are generated on-demand and delivered without physical shipment, our refund terms balance fair consumer protections with digital goods security.

2. Free Correction Guarantee

If you discover an error, typo, or miscalculated figure on your generated stub, we offer unlimited free corrections within 30 days of purchase. Simply email our support team with your document reference ID, and we will update and re-issue your clean PDF without additional charge.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios (14-Day Window)

We provide full refunds within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

• Technical failures preventing PDF rendering, vector font corruption, or download failure that our team cannot resolve within 24 hours.
• Duplicate or accidental multiple billing transactions for the same single stub.
• Mathematical calculation discrepancies in the 2026 standard tax tables that cannot be corrected.

4. Business Pro Subscription Cancellation

For employer users on the optional Business Pro monthly plan ($19.99/mo), subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your dashboard with zero cancellation penalties.

Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of your paid billing cycle, and no further monthly charges will occur. Lifetime passes ($99 one-time) have zero recurring fees.
